    FOUNDER

    Jessica has worked as an art director on magazines and newspapers in London for 20 years including Newsweek, Christie’s auction house and i-D magazine. She held the position of deputy art director and digital curator on ES magazine at The Evening Standard newspaper for nine years where she created some of ES’s most powerful moments such as special projects and films around London’s knife crime epidemic and the anniversary of Windrush.

  • Acacia Mei Larson

    FOUNDER

    Acacia is a CFA Level 1 candidate and has studied at the graduate level at the Courtauld Institute of Art. They are an American entrepreneur who previously founded a neo-bank startup offering cash back for rental payments, raising $220k in 2021. Acacia has worked as a management consultant and spent two years at Apple. A former cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point, they bring a rare blend of discipline, analytical rigour and creative insight to every venture they pursue.

    Mike has 20 years’ experience in the advertising industry delivering award-winning creative work, profitable agency growth and new business wins, as well as fostering enduring client partnerships and developing cross-discipline teams across multiple sectors. Mike has worked at some of the most effective and creative agencies in London and with some of the industry’s most iconic and award-winning clients in financial services, automotive, HM Government, FMCG, retail, gaming, entertainment and travel sectors, both in the UK and globally.
